Automatic Dosing for Anthias

I plan on keeping Anthias, but I'm not ready to retire, so I need to find a way to provide live food to the system three times a day.

I have found a post about automatic brine shrimp feeding that may or may not have some drawbacks.  I found another method that uses and automated ball valve.  I haven't tried these yet, but it would I thought I would share my thoughts tonight as I browsed some solutions
